Baby & Toddler YogaBaby and Tots yoga are other activites that you can do with your little one, toddler yoga sessions are fun and often involve rhymes and play. There are also post-natal classes available where you take your baby to the session with you and work on some postures that can benefit both of you by working together.

The carefully structured stories mean that you will easily be able to repeat the sessions at home, enhancing your parental skills and bonding with your baby. Tatty Bumpkin (18/24 months +) Classes born out of a love of yoga and a love of fun. Loosely based on yoga postures, each class encourages your child to explore their physicality, increase their confidence and engage their minds.
